Vacation 2002 Day: 20

Date: 05/23/2002

Had breakfast at the Chief Cafe in Custer South Dakota. Drove east to the Custer State Park. Drove a 17 mile loop through the park and saw Bison, Antelope, Wild Donkeys and Prairie Dogs among other creatures. After leaving Custer State Park we drove west into Wyoming then north to Devils Tower. When we were nearing Devils Tower the outdoor thermometer was registering 27 degrees and we had snow flakes. An information board in the Visitor Center said today would be cloudy and tomorrow would have "SNAINE". After Devils Tower we drove to Casper WY. and are staying at the KOA.
