Breakfast in the RV. Packed up and put "The Big Easy" in the rear view mirror. Headed back west on I-10 then North on I-55 to Jackson MS where we turned west on I-20. When we got to Vicksburg MS we saw a sign for The Vicksburg National Military Park, We went to the visitor center and watched a 20 movie about the Civil War battle for Vicksburg and control of the Mississippi River. After the visitor center we drove sixteen mile tour of the park. You can get more information at www.nps.gov/vick . After visiting the park we found a place to stay at Magnolia RV Park Resort in Vicksburg. Grilled steaks for supper.
