After breakfast got on I-80 west, we ran into a large caravan of restored World War II vehicles including Jeeps, trucks and cars. The bad part of that was we caught up with them where road work had traffic down to a single lane for 15 to 20 miles and the caravan was only going about 45 mph (with a police escort). The good part was when the highway went back to two lanes we got to go past each vehicle. Stopped for gas in Evanston WY, stopped again and took pictures at the Bonneville Salt Flats. When we crossed into Nevada the wind started to blow and we had some showers, the wind kept up for most of the 200 miles from the Nevada border to Winnemucca NV where we are camping at the Winnemucca RV Park. Went into downtown Winnemucca and ate supper at the Winnemucca Inn and Casino. Domino Scores Jim: 20 Marilyn: 20 Weather: started sunny, then mostly cloudy with a few showers Lowest Gas Price: $2.499 Mileage Today: 633 Mileage For Trip: 5107
